Cant Buy "Synth Bass" nor "SFX" from Shop

FL Studio Mobile HD is great. Its the only application I use to make music, and it works great! The only issue is that I cant buy the Synth Bass nor the SFX from the shop. It just keeps loading and loading none stop. When I click it, it says "The product price could not be downloaded. Check your internet connection and make sure that you have the latest version of this app." Can you please check out what is going on? Thanks.
